The Prithibhaya-Vedantsara Foundation in association with the Department of Social Work, Central University of Jammu, successfully organized a seminar on “Mental Health and Suicide Prevention” to promote awareness about emotional well-being and to encourage open dialogue on mental health challenges among youth.

The session was graced by Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor, CU Jammu, as the Patron of the event, and Dr. Romesh Kumar, HOD DIET Jammu, as the Keynote Speaker. To promote mental health literacy among students and educators.

About the Event

Prithibhaya–Vedantsara Foundation, in collaboration with the National Service Scheme (NSS) units of PSPS Government College for Women (GCW), Gandhinagar, successfully organized a seminar on the theme “Youth as Catalyst of Social Change.”

The event was conducted at 10:15 a.m. in the Smart Room of the college and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and NSS volunteers. The seminar aimed to encourage youth to actively participate in societal development and become responsible agents of positive transformation.

Objective of the Seminar
